Originally born in Flint, MI, and raised in Lake City, SC, Sondretta brings a wealth of experience from her 23+ years of distinguished service in the United States Air Force, where she deployed multiple times and earned numerous decorations. Her strong leadership, discipline, and strategic mindset—paired with a personable and approachable style—make her an asset to any real estate journey. 

Sondretta holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Strayer University, giving her valuable insight into protecting her clients’ interests and securing the best possible outcomes in every transaction. A passionate advocate for giving back, Sondretta is a proud affiliate of the Homes for Heroes (HFH) program, donating a portion of her commission to assist military personnel, teachers, first responders, and medical staff—who also receive a Hero Reward at closing. She is also an active Board Member of the Power Center Community Development Corporation in Memphis.
